What information we collect

We also collect basic data automatically when you visit our site – such as your browser type and which pages you viewed – through analytics tools. This helps us understand how people use our site and improve your experience.

We may share your information with trusted third-party services we use to run our organization. These include:
  • Klaviyo – our email marketing platform
  • Stripe – our payment processor
  • Shopify – our online store platform
  • Typeform – our online form and survey tool
  • Monday.com – our internal project and data management platform
These providers only use your data to deliver their services to us, and each has their own privacy policy we encourage you to review. We do not store your credit card information – that is handled securely by Stripe on our behalf.

Some of these services store data on servers outside of Canada, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You can also contact us directly to ask what information we have about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data.

Data storage and Canadian privacy law

We are a federally incorporated organization and follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). If you are a resident of Quebec, please note that Quebec's privacy law (Law 25) provides additional rights and protections. You can contact us at any time to exercise those rights.

Children's privacy

Our website is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new date at the top.
